Derived from the sound of a cat's cry, the Nyanya Tribe is one of the main seven tribes competing in the Running Man Championships as well as the home tribe of Miyo and Rema.
Origin[]
Historically, the Nyanya Tribe fought during the Materion War against the tribes for the fruit of the Soul Tree, agreeing to a peace treaty afterwards and opening up the Running Man Championships with the rest of the tribes[1]. They were later shown to be one of the six tribes who aided in the revolution against the Leo Tribe.[2]

Physical Description[]
The Nyanya tribe appear to take on the form of anthropomorphic cats, with the exception of their tails.
In terms of fashion, the Nyanya Tribe appear to wear tight, body-hugging clothing, usually sleeveless.
Lifestyle[]
In terms of lifestyle, the Nyanya tribe are implied to be spiritual because of their ability to commune with the gods and spirits, along with Miyo mentioning how she learned the true story of Ulcus from her grandmother[3], as opposed to the many legends from the other tribes. According to the Complete Encyclopedia, they were shunned from other tribes due to their ability to commune with the gods and spirits[4].
Abilities[]
- Flexibility - The Nyanya tribe appear to be incredibly flexible, as shown with Miyo and Rema, who are able to dodge attacks easily because of it.
- Claws - Among their flexibility, they also have sharp, retractable, white claws hidden under their paws, which are able to briefly scar the skin of other people.
- Psychometry - An ability only a few seem to possess is psychometry, the ability to view the memories of people/objects just by touching them/it. The only one with the ability so far is Miyo, who unlocks her ability by kneading the object or person she wants to view.
